We strive to provide you with herbs that are both familiar and new to you. The majority will be culinary herbs in 0.50 oz sizes, with a few “tea-like” herbs sprinkled in at 1 oz sizes. We grow over 40 varieties of herbs! Some examples include Basil, Dill, Tarragon, Chives, Stinging Nettle, Lemongrass, Chamomile, Thai Basil, Cilantro, Parsley, Shiso, Tulsi, Ginger, Lemon Balm, Garlic, Sage, etc.

0.50-1.0 oz. of each herb by weight- that’s generally enough to fill 1.5 spice jars or make 20 cups of tea per herb!

Yes, please let us know as soon as possible- ideally a week in advance. If a particular pick-up/delivery date does not work for you, please reach out and we’ll make arrangements for an alternative date.

Yes, our aim is to make Herb Club accessible for all who wish to join. Both our monthly Harvest Share and seasonal Wellness Box can be purchased in full or paid monthly. Please reach out at heyroseproduce@gmail.com and we will set up a payment plan that works for you.

For those that are able, paying for the full season in advance helps us cover the upfront costs for the season such as our seeds, compost, and herb club materials.

Your herbs will be individually packaged and labeled, using 100% recyclable stand up pouches.

There is always risk when working with living things, whether it be a rogue storm or unexpected pest. In the rare case we experience a crop failure, we will ensure it is made up before the end of the season- that could look like doubling up on a future herb, or a replacement product of equal value from the farm. Long story short, if it happens, we will make it up to you!
