 FAQs

    • Harvest Share: We strive to provide you with herbs that are both familiar and new to you. The majority will be culinary herbs in 0.50 oz sizes, with a few “tea-like” herbs sprinkled in at 1 oz sizes. We grow over 40 varieties of herbs! Some examples include Basil, Dill, Tarragon, Chives, Stinging Nettle, Lemongrass, Chamomile, Thai Basil, Cilantro, Parsley, Shiso, Tulsi, Ginger, Lemon Balm, Garlic, Sage, etc.

    • Wellness Box: Products may include seasonal herb salts, tea, syrups or oxymels, spices/seasonings, herbal skincare, and whole herb extracts.

    • Harvest Share: 0.50-1.0 oz. of each herb by weight. 2 herbs each month, 16 herbs total.

    • Wellness Box: Each box contains 4 products with a combined value of over $60.

  • Yes, in every way other than being certified so! You can learn more about our growing practices here.

  • Yes, please let us know as soon as possible- ideally a week in advance. If a particular pick-up/delivery date does not work for you, please reach out and we’ll make arrangements for an alternative date.

    • Both the Harvest Share and Wellness Box offer the advantage of securing a bounty of herbs ahead of time. No waiting in line, or rushing to the market before something sells out!

    • Additionally, Herb Club members have access to our private Substack page filled with recipes and resources to help you incorporate herbs into your daily life.

  • Yes, our aim is to make Herb Club accessible for all who wish to join. Both our monthly Harvest Share and seasonal Wellness Box can be purchased in full or paid monthly. Please reach out at heyroseproduce@gmail.com and we will set up a payment plan that works for you.

    For those that are able, paying for the full season in advance helps us cover the upfront costs for the season such as our seeds, compost, and herb club materials.

  • Harvest Share: Your herbs will be individually packaged and labeled, using 100% recyclable stand up pouches.

    Wellness Box: We strive to use eco-friendly, compostable, and recyclable packaging options wherever possible.

  • There is always risk when working with living things, whether it be a rogue storm or unexpected pest. In the rare case we experience a crop failure, we will ensure it is made up before the end of the season- that could look like doubling up on a future herb, or a replacement product of equal value from the farm. Long story short, if it happens, we will make it up to you!
